Welcome to MaidProfit. These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and MaidProfit. They explain the rules for using our website and software.

By using MaidProfit, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We ask that you read this page in full before you create an account.

When we say "MaidProfit," "we," "us," or "our," we mean the MaidProfit company. When we say "you" or "your," we mean you, the person or business using our service.

What MaidProfit Does

MaidProfit is software built for cleaning businesses. It helps you run your business in one place. Here is what it does:

Scheduling — Book and manage cleaning jobs on a calendar your whole team can see.
Invoicing — Create and send invoices to your clients. Track who has paid and who still owes you money.
Client management — Store client contact details, job notes, and service history all in one place.
Team tools — Assign jobs to your cleaners, track time, and keep your team on the same page.
Reports — See how your business is doing with simple charts and numbers.

We may add new features or change current ones over time. We will always work to make MaidProfit better for your business.

User Accounts

You need an account to use MaidProfit. When you sign up, you must give us correct details. This means your real name, a working email address, and the name of your business.

You are in charge of keeping your password safe. Do not share it with anyone. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us right away at support@maidprofit.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each person or business should have only one account unless we say otherwise.

MaidProfit may close your account if you break these terms. We will try to let you know first, but we can act quickly if needed to protect our service or other users.

Acceptable Use

We want MaidProfit to be safe and useful for everyone. When you use our service, you agree to these rules:

What You Can Do

Use MaidProfit to run and grow your cleaning business.
Store your client details, job notes, and invoices.
Invite your team members to use the software.
Export your data at any time.

What You Cannot Do

Break any law while using MaidProfit.
Try to hack, reverse engineer, or copy our software.
Send spam, scams, or harmful content through our platform.
Share your login with people outside your business.
Use bots or scripts to access MaidProfit in ways we did not allow.
Upload files that contain viruses or harmful code.
Pretend to be someone else or give false details.

If you break these rules, we may limit or close your account. Serious issues may be reported to the proper authorities.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions

MaidProfit is a paid service with a subscription model. You pick a plan and pay each month or each year. Your subscription renews on its own unless you cancel before the next billing date.

We will charge the payment method you have on file. It is your job to keep your payment details up to date. If a payment fails, we may pause or limit your account until you fix it.

Prices

Our prices are listed on our website. We may change our prices, but we will tell you at least 30 days before your next billing date. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Refunds

If you are not happy with MaidProfit, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, we do not give refunds for time you have already paid for. You can cancel at any time, and your account will stay active until the end of your current billing period.

Free Trials

We may offer a free trial. When the trial ends, you will need to pick a paid plan to keep using MaidProfit. We will not charge you without asking first.

Intellectual Property

MaidProfit owns all rights to the software. This includes the code, design, logos, text, and all other parts of the service. You may not copy, change, or share any part of MaidProfit without our written permission.

The MaidProfit name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our permission.

We may use your feedback or ideas to make MaidProfit better. You do not have to share feedback, but if you do, we can use it without paying you.

Your Data

You own the data you put into MaidProfit. This means your client lists, invoices, job details, notes, and any other business details you enter belong to you.

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your data with other companies for their own use. We only use your data to run MaidProfit and give you the service you pay for.

You can export your data at any time. If you close your account, we will give you a fair amount of time to download your data before we delete it from our systems.

We take steps to keep your data safe. But no system is perfect. We cannot promise that a data breach will never happen. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

Limitation of Liability

MaidProfit provides our service "as is." We do our best to keep things running, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of errors.

We are not responsible for:

Lost profits, lost data, or missed business because of downtime or bugs.
Problems caused by things outside our control, such as internet outages or natural disasters.
Actions taken by other users on the platform.
Mistakes in data you enter into MaidProfit.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the most MaidProfit will owe you for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This applies to all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

Some places do not allow these limits. If that is the case, the limits above may not fully apply to you.

Termination

You Can Cancel

You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will lose access to paid features.

We Can Cancel

We may close or suspend your account if you break these terms. We may also close your account if you do not use it for a long time. We will try to give you notice before we do this.

What Happens to Your Data

When your account is closed, you have 30 days to export your data. After 30 days, we will delete your data from our systems. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the new version on this page.

If we make a big change, we will send you an email to let you know. Your continued use of MaidProfit after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.

If you do not agree with the new terms, you should stop using MaidProfit and close your account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be settled in a court in the United States.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
